It is here, the final version.
Worked a bit to come this far, hope everything is working fine.

Package includes:
.Modifed Vistart from windows X
.Wallpaper

Winamp modern skin Spirit, from ~Stefanka (Not Included)

To have a better look, install the 5744 icon pack from ~theambientone

Those icons on the desktop top are not Stardock!

If you want to change your icons size just go to:
right click on Desktop -> Properties -> Appearance tab -> Effects and select "Show large icons"

My possible next step will be a theme im working now called "White Vista", but im not shure if im going to release it when its done :P

Awesome job! I'm using your taskbar (with a different theme for the windows just 'cause I wanted a vista look to them) and your Vistart mod. I love it. Now, if I could just figure out how to change the default browser and email programs in Vistart, I'll be set! lol

Sure! I have other various blue tinted Vista themes; any will do. In your WindowBlinds Configuration window (the actual program, not your display properties window), go to "Overide default settings". Under "Skinning Options" check the box next to "Ignore the taskbar and Start menu defined in skin and use the one below:". Chose Vista Royale, go back to the skin choice section, pick your vista theme, and apply! Tada!

Now, it should be noted that I could not get your theme to pull up in the taskbar dropdown list initially. I went into SkinStudio and copied your theme (no modifications) to a renamed file (in my case, I just saved it as Vista Royale), then used that for my taskbar. I absolutely LOVE the taskbar though! You did a wonderful job; thank you so much again!
